This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Articles 53 Sub Article (1) of the Electronic Signature Proclamation No. 1072/2018 (as amended).

PART ONE General Provision 1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Council of Ministers Electronic Signature Regulations No. 582/2025.
