WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Russian Federation on the establishment of the Joint Ethiopian-Russian Biological Research Center was signed at Saint Petersburg on the 27th day of July, 2023; WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall come in to force after the exchange of notes confirming its ratification incompliance with the respective legal procedures in force in each country; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 23th Regular Session held on 4th day of June, 2026;
