This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 17 Sub Article (1) of the Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009 and Article 6 Sub Article (7) of the National Educational Assessment and Examinations Agency Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 260/2012.

1. Short Title — This Regulation may be cited as the “Education Assessment and Examinations Service Fees Determination Council of Ministers Regulation No. 593/2026.”
