WHEREAS, an Air Transport Service Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, was signed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on the 6th Day of December, 2023; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this agreement at its 23rd regular session held on 4th day of June, 2026; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
