The Council of Ministers has issued this Regulation pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 1263/2021 and Article 38 of the Autonomous University Proclamation No. 1294/2023. PART ONE GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Autonomous University Government Block Grant Implementation Council of Ministers Regulation No. 594/2026”.
