WHEREAS, it is found necessary to clarify those unclear provisions and to include new provisions in the Revised Anti-Corruption Special Procedure and Rules of Evidence Proclamation No. 434/2005;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to include public organizations in the procedure and evidence laws as they are made part of the Revised Corruption Crimes Proclamation;
WHEREAS it is found necessary to ensure the speedy and effective gathering of information, investigation, prosecution and hearing of corruption offences and the injunction and retrieval of property obtained there from;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
