WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Council of Ministers Investment Incentives Regulation;
NOW THEREFORE, this Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 17 of the Investment Proclamation No. 1180/2020 (as amended) and Article 129 Sub Article (6) of the Customs Proclamation No. 859/2014 (as amended).
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the “Council of Ministers Investment Incentive (amendment) Regulation No. 566/2025”.
2. Amendment
Council of Ministers Investment Incentives Regulation No. 517/2022 is hereby amended as follows:
1/ Article 4 Sub Article (4) of the Regulations is deleted and replaced by the following new Sub Article (4):
