This Regulation is issued by the Federal Democratic Republic of Council of Ministers pursuant to Sub Article (1) of Article 23 of the Immigration Proclamation No.354/2003 (as amended).

1. Short Title · This Regulation may be cited as the “Council of Ministers Immigration Amendment Regulation No. 559 / 2024”. 2. Amendment Immigration Council of Ministers Regulation No. 114/2004 is hereby amended as follows: 1/ Article 2(3) and 5 of the Regulation Is deleted and replaced by the following new Sub Article 3 and 5: 3/ “Service” means the Immigration and Citizenship Service;
