A Proclamation to ratify the International Civil Aviation Convention Protocol to an
Amendment to Article 50(A) and Article 56 No.1348/2024
Whereas, Ethiopia is a signatory party to the Convention on International Civil Aviation opened for signature at Chicago on 7th day of December 1944;
Whereas, the Amendment to Article 50(A) and Article 56 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation is believed to be creating a conducive condition for the proper possibility of securing the national interest and the representation and admissibility worldwide;
Now, therefore, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
