WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to 83,500,000 Euro (Eighty Three Million five hundred t] thousand Euro) for financing Budget Support Programmed dedicated to Ethiopia Energy Sector was signed on the 7th day of February 2024;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Loan Agreement at its 17th regular session, held on the 14th day of March 2024;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
