WHEREAS, it has been necessary to establish Secretariat of the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in order to realize effectively the powers and duties of the House vested under the Constitution;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the existing establishment proclamation of the Secretariat of the House of Peoples’ Representatives to be compatible with the level of development of the House;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
