Whereas, it has become necessary to amend the Rights and Benefits of Outgoing Heads of State and Government, Senior Government Officials, Members of Parliament, and Judges Proclamation No. 653/2009;
Now, therefore, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
