WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the OPEC Fund for International Development stipulating that the OPEC Fund for International Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Twenty five million United States Dollars (USD 25,000,000) for Financing the Shambu-Bako Road Project, was signed In Washington D.C. on the 4th day of May, 2015;
WHEREAS, the House of people’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 7th day of July, 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
