WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the OPEC Fund for International Development stipulating that the OPEC Fund for International Development provide to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of Twenty Two Million United States Dollars (USD 22,000,000) for Financing Dilla-Bulle-Harro Wachu Road Project, was signed in Washington D.C on 13th day of April 2019;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of November, 2019;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
