WHEREAS, to further strengthen existing bilateral relation between Ethiopia and Kuwait;

WHEREAS, the Two Countries reached an understanding to create a legal framework for Ethiopian Domestic workers in Kuwait and to protect their rights and interests;

WHEREAS, the Government of the  Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has signed the said Memorandum of Understanding on 27 May 2024;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Memorandum of Understanding at its 35th regular session held on the 2nd day of July 2024;

NOW, THERERORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
