WHERE AS ,The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia is party to the Vienna Convention and Montreal
Protocol for the preservation of the Ozone Layer,
WHEREAS, the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol is adopted by the Conference of the State Parties to the Montreal Protocol on 15th day of October 2016 in Kigali;
WHERE AS ,the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Proclamation at its session held on the 2nd day of April 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
