WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic stipulating that the Government of the Italian Republic shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to 10,000,000 Euro (Ten Million Euro) for financing Support to Job Creation Oriented Skills and Infrastructure Development Project was signed on the 19th day of February 2024;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Loan Agreement at its 29th regular session held on the 30th day of May 2024;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
