WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to 53,300,000 SDR (Fifty Three Million Three Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing Governance Modernization to Enable Efficient Service Delivery Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 29th day of September, 2024

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 27th day of January 2025;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
