WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and International Development Association stipulating that International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Five Hundred and Twenty-Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 525,700,000) for financing Financial Sector Strengthening Project was signed on the 31th day of December 2024;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
