NOW, THEREFORE, this Proclamation has been proclaimed in Pursuant to Article 55, Sub-Article (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

1. Short Title — This Proclamation may be cited as the “Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Proclamation No. 1426/2026.”
