WHEREAS, the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism has been adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations pursuant to its Resolution No. 54/109 of 9 December 1999;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Convention at its session held on the 8th day of February, 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub-article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
