WHEREAS, the International Coffee Organization has prepared International Coffee Agreement 2001 and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has accepted said Agreement;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 6^th day of February, 2003;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
