WHEREAS, an Air Transport Services Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Burkina Faso was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 14th day of October, 2003;

WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force when both parties have notified each other through diplomatic channels of the fulfillment of their constitutional formalities concerning the conclusion and implementation of international agreements;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 29th day of April, 2004;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
