WHEREAS, an Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income (the Agreement) was signed between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on 23^rd January 2003, in Tunis;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on its meeting held on 5^th day of December, 2006 has ratified the Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution it is hereby proclaimed as follows;
