WHEREAS, for economic reasons it has become necessary to amend the Council of Ministers Federal Income Tax Regulation;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 65 Sub-Article (2) of the Federal Income Tax Proclamation No. 979/2016, has issued this Regulation.
