WHEREAS, a Credit Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Export Import Bank of China stipulating that the Export Import Bank of China provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amounting to 99,450,000 USD (ninety nine million four hundred fifty thousand United States Dollars) for financing the Adama(Nazreth) Wind Power Construction Project was signed on the 23d day of November 2010;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement at its session held on the 21th day of December 2010;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
