WHEREAS, due to COVID-19 pandemic crisis, it has become necessary to extend the period in which persons engaged in the manufacture of excisable goods or provisions of services may continue to do so without having the license;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-articles (1) and (11) of the Constitution Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
