WHEREAS, it has become necessary to approve and allocate funds for the implementation of federal government expenditures for the fiscal year;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this proclamation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
