WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Governments of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Rwanda on Technical Cooperation in the field of Agriculture has been signed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on the 5th day of June, 2013;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 10th day of January, 2019;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows.
