WHEREAS, the Bilateral Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Kenya for the development, operation and management of the standard gauge railway network was signed in Nairobi on the 1st day of March 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 23rd day of May, 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
