WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Sudan for the Development, Operation and Management of Standard Gauge Railway Network has been signed on December 4, 2013, in Khartoum.
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement at its session held on of 2nd November day of 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
