WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 60,000,000 U.A (Sixty million Units of Account) for financing One Water Sanitation and Hygiene National Program was Signed in Addis Ababa on the 28th day of November, 2014;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of April, 2015;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
