WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund stipulating that the African Development Fund provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of 4,970,000 U.A (four million nine hundred seventy thousand units of Account) for financing Regional African Trade Insurance Agency Country Membership Programme was singed in Addis Ababa on the 30th day of November, 2015;
WHEREAS, the House of Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
