WHERE AS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund stipulating that the African Development Fund provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of 61,410,000 Units of Account( Sixty One Million Four Hundred and Ten Thousand Units of Account) for financing Addis Ababa Electric Power Transmission and Distribution System Rehabilitation and Upgrading Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the the 20th day of December 2017;

WHERE AS , the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the Day of 2018;

NOW , THERFORE , in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution ,it is hereby proclaimed as follows
