WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Development Fund stipulating that the African Development Fund provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 28,482,000 U.A (Twenty Eight million Four Hundred and Eight Two Thousand Units or Account) for financing Drought Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn of Africa: DRSLP II Ethiopia Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 23rd day of February 2015;

WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 30th day of April 2015;

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
