WHEREAS, the Secretariat of the House of Peoples’ Representatives was established under the proclamation Number 1114/2019 to provide professional support and administrative service to the House of Peoples’ Representatives in order to effectuate its Constitutional responsibility.
WHEREAS, it is essential to provide support to the increased media interest of the House and give professional support in oversight and research works by senior expertise.
WHEREAS, it is essential to issue Employees’ Administration Regulation that enable the office recruit, transfer,upgrade, placement and administer as necessary dismiss employees in accordance with the law so as to achieve the duties and responsibilities stated by the constitution and its establishment proclamation;
