WHEREAS, Humanitarian Assistance, Technical and Financial Co-operation Agreement between the Governments of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Swiss Federal Council was signed in Addis Ababa on 15th day of July, 2015;
WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that it shall enter into force on the date of exchange of instrument of ratification;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 14 th day of April, 2016;
NOW,THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
