WHEREAS the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund has approved, by Resolution No. 63-2 and Resolution No. 63-3- adopted on April 28, 2008 and May 5, 2008, the proposed amendments of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund to enhance voice and participation in the International Monetary Fund and to expand the investment authority of the International Monetary Fund.

WHEREAS the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said amendments at its session held on the 7th day of February, 2011;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
