Since September 2020, Endalkachew Worku has been leading the Legal Awareness, Education, and Training Directorate, where he has championed transformative initiatives to enhance legal education and capacity building. Under his leadership, the Directorate has significantly advanced public legal awareness and provided comprehensive training programs for prosecutors, support staff, Ministry of Justice leaders, and other key actors within the justice sector.

His work as a prosecutor in criminal and civil cases further underscores his extensive legal acumen.
