WHEREAS, the General Conference of the International Labour Organization adopted the Tripartite Consultation (International Labour Standards) Convention No. 144/1976 on the 21 day of June 1976 during its Sixty First Session held at Geneva;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Convention at its session held on the 28th day of April, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
