WHEREAS, Bilateral Trade Agreement between the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Republic of Djibouti was signed in Addis Ababa on 17th day of March 2017;

 WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 16th day of April, 2019;
 
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,it is hereby Proclamined as follows
