WHERE AS, the Air Service Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the French Republic was signed in Paris on the 30th day of of January, 2017;
WHERE AS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of February , 2019 ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
