WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Fund for Agricultural Development stipulating that the International Fund for Agricultural Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Sixty Five Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 65,330,000) for financing Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, was signed in Rome on 19th day of November, 2019;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 30th day of April, 2020;

NOW,THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Constitution, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
