WHEREAS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of South Africa on Mutual Exemption of Entry Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic Passport was signed in Pretoria on the 12th day of January 2020;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held at 9th regular meeting on 2nd day of February 2021;
NOW,THEREFORE,in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
