WHEREAS, the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey have signed the Implementation Protocol Regarding the Financial Assistance on 18th of August 2021 in Ankara;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement at its session held on 17th Day of May, 2022;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
