WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to One Hundred Thirty Nine Million Special Drawing Rights (SDR 139,000,000.00) additional financing for Small and Medium Enterprise Finance Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 23rd day of April,2021;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 5th special session held on 7th day of July, 2021;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
