WHEREAS, it has become necessary to approve and disburse on time the budgetary appropriation for undertakings by the Federal Government during the 2015 (E.C.) Fiscal Year,

WHEREAS, the subsidy budget that may be appropriated to the Regions has to be decided on the basis of the formula developed by the House of Federation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the  Article 55(1) and (11) of the Constitution of
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia,it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
