WHEREAS, the Kyoto Protocol adopted on the 8th of December 2012 to implement the United Nations framework Convention on climate Change has been amended;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Protocol at its session held on the 31st day of the March 2015;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia ,it is here by proclaimed as follows:
