WHEREAS, the Air Service Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Russian Federation on was signed in Saint Petersburg on the 28th day of ,July 2023;
Where as the House of the People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia approved the said agreement in its 29th regular meeting held on 30th May 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
