WHEREAS, the Agreement between The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and The Government of the Republic of Korea on Mutual Waiver of Visa Requirements For Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passport was signed in Seoul on 26th August , 2019;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its 3rd year working period, 2nd ordinary session held on 17th Day of October, 2023;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
